Best Food In Johor Bahru Skudai - 士古來高淵豬肉粉

Dear readers, here I am posting this with my high recommendation. The top best delicious pork noodle that I ever had. Usually I take it as dinner, I think at least 3 times in a week.
As most of the people from Kuala Lumpur and you should know what's called豬肉粉. Have several tried and ate few famous pork noodle in KL but, this I blogging about was the best one I ever ate.
Finally, yesterday I captured its photo for blog. Highly recommend to go over this restaurant and eat, for sure with no regret no complaint.

This located at Johor Bahru Skudai, is an exclusive restaurant for selling pork noodle instead of just a small stall in hawker centre.
I will be list its address at below of this post.

Basically I will be there at around 9:30pm, no much crowd at that time.

Normally what I would order to eat is the dry one instead the soup one. But still, the dry one is comes with a bowl of soup.

Some more the price is common yet affordable, only MYR6.00/bowl for the regular size.

For my own opinion, what important yet delicious the most is the soup indeed.
Happy to blogging this, I hope you guys can have a good try!
The address is: Jalan Aman, Taman Skudai Baru, 81300, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Business hour: 9:30am-11:30pm
*At shop row beside Petronas Station

Thank you for reading.

What to eat in Johor Bahru City Square?

My fellow readers, especially whom from Malaysia Johor Bahru (JB), here I am going to blog about a Chinese cuisine restaurant which launched in JB City Square.
I had it on yesterday, usually was been like feel nothing good to eat in CS, and my friend did recommended me about this. My first tried and satisfied with it.
Finally something nice to be found to eat in CS. Should not be an issue about no nice foods to eat in CS anymore.

This is a Chinese cuisine, as seem like a bit styled Hakka.

As this was my first tried, my friend did asked for this sambal from waitress. Friend said they wouldn't serve you this sambal if you never ask for.

And here you go, all photo taken.
A meal for 3 persons. We ordered a lot. But the price was affordable yet reasonable, and even cheaper than else similar restaurant. Some more there's a nice environment indeed, classy quiet and comfortable. Deserved it indeed.

My friends gave good comment to this meal. Satisfied yet willing to come for second time. That's why I blogging about.

This's in JB City Square, I'm not sure is it launched at any else place. You may have your try then.

Lunar Eve @ My self cooked dishes for reunion dinner

Great Chinese New Year to my dear readers. As today is Lunar eve for have a reunion meal with your beloved family, here's my blessing to you. Have a good year ahead. Stay more healthy and happily.
Cooking was my hobby as well. Love cooking because of I'm a nice food seeker. And I like to cook for my beloved one. So today I just back my home land all the way from S'pore, doing preparation at noon and it's just for today's reunion dinner.

All food ingredients have been prepared by my brother, a good assistant in my kitchen indeed. Thank all the way.

Initially I would like to share about the cooking steps but failed to do. Because am rushing to cook and couldn't capture the steps one by one. Herewith telling you can ask me for the recipe of every dish in uploaded photos, not a problem for me to share with you.

So just allow me to share you guys photos of my self cooked dishes today.
Bless you have a happy meal.

1. This's actually just a simple dish as fried prawns with tomato sauce.

2. Fried abalone shell with dried chili and onion. Added some vegetarian oyster sauce as well.

3. Fried Chinese broccoli (gai lan) with spiral shell. This was my first tried. Siblings said good and tasty!

4. This's just an abalone salad, without fried. With some cucumber and edible jellyfish inside. And added Thai chili sauce on the top.

I have cooked shark-fin soup also as could see it in the first photo. But that's just a vegetarian shark-fin. My cooked shark-fin soup was my family's all time favorite.

Such an enjoyable night with family, and even was busying in the kitchen. Almost everyone had signed off duty, back to home land to see family, warmful moment in a year exactly.
There's 30 minutes left to reach first day of Chinese New Year. Stay cheerful and happy all the way, all the best.

Valentine's Day @ Greeting from beloved one

Such a belated blogging about the Valentine's Day. I was wondering how is you guys' Valentine's Day?
Valentine's Day is also called as Saint Valentine's Day, its observances are actually sending greeting cards and gift, dating, church services. A day was first associated with romantic love.
I have never ever celebrate Valentine's Day with beloved one in before. But this year's, I met a special one yet the first one in life. Glad and much appreciated that.

Exactly I'm not a rose lover, I only favorited tulip. And what's called coincident is the first bouquet I received was tulips bouquet. Thus, as I knew this bouquet meaning as "All I Want Is You". Definitely surprised me all the way. Accepted this blessful greeting as well, I wish I can be more happier ahead.

M.A.D Setapak PV128, Kuala Lumpur

Hi dear readers, a very first post in year 2015. Let me start with a nice foods post. It will be amazing.

Alright. As everyone knew I'm a foods seeker indeed. I shared every nice foods I ate, as suggestion as recommendation. With no border. No matter is eastern foods, western foods, Korean cuisine or even Japan cuisine.
I would be like "huhh what to eat for the meal?" when I was staying in Kuala Lumpur previously. There're so many delicious foods to take in that city.

Therefore, for what I ever tried, I found what's so called the best spaghetti I ever had in before. Repeat, BEST SPAGHETTI so far I ever had in past 22 years. Ha

Straight to the point, is this restaurant:
M.A.D (Shop name)
Address- Ground floor, PV128, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Setapak, KL.

This restaurant was launched by Singaporeans if I'm not mistaken. So far I ate the best spaghetti I ever had, and met the best survice ever. "Like" their staffs, all being polite yet seem like been trained professionally.

Beside that, this's the only one restaurant with the best interior designed, beauty decorations somemore.

What impressed me is their opened kitchen. My friend and I were staring them when they making beverages and foods. One word to describe: professional.

Furthermore, come to the photos of the foods. This's jasmine tea, sounds normal but it tasted a bit different if compare to other one.

Fettuccine Carbonara
This's my ordered. Full with cream and cheese but it's not taste over creamy. Best carbonara I ever ate in M'sia and S'pore.

Linguine Aligolio Vege
The most special spaghetti ever. As I like to eat mushrooms, this has been cooked together with mushrooms, chili, garlic. Tasted awesome.

Therefore, these are my first recommendation to you guys if you guys will have a try in this restaurant.

Lastly, an important point that I must to share is, its price. One word with three letters: O M G
Only costed RM14.50 for every plate of spaghetti. Total billed with RM38.50 as i couldn't believe when I saw the bill receipt. I thought it were something wrong.
As normally for any spaghettini I had in other restaurant would costed around RM30 each. So this surprised me because I didn't see its price when I'm reading the menu.
What an afforable and delicious pasta cuisine to everyone isn't it? Just have your first try over there.

Hope you enjoy in reading this post.
Thank you.
