Hard Rock Cafe @ Sentosa Singapore

These days, we don't need to travel out of our neighbourhood to get good food and desserts. Cafes are spouting out everywhere, and we are definitely not complaining. We have cafes at every district in Singapore, and no one gets left out.

That was such a lazy Sunday with good weather. By the way Sunday doesn't have to be boring, and a huge thank to my man for bringing me to RWS yet had a fabulous day indeed. Could having a nice weekend with beloved is much appreciated. As what titled, it's all about Hard Rock Cafe. I believe Hard Rock is familiar sounding to everyone.

Outside the doors, the vibrant city of Singapore is alive with culture, while inside, the legends of music inspire an incredible dining.
Hard Rock Cafes are known for their signature decor, and Hard Rock Cafe Singapore is no exception. Browse their selection of music memorabilia from the greatest legends in the business, which you’ll see hanging all around the cafe.
Definite to stop into The Rock Shop for collectible Hard Rock Cafe gear you can only get at this location, there's including pins, t-shirts, hats, and more.

Obviously Hard Rock Cafe serves American cuisine but what I had is only its signature dessert owing to the plentiful lunch I had at Food Republic Vivo City two hours before.

As everyone knows caramel macchiato is my favorite but regret to say it has been missed out there. Thus, to choose a second favorite would be the only choice.
A cup of cappuccino. Pretty much this name is Italian word.

Cappuccino is usually a mixture of espresso, milk and foam. Some say it's a thirds of each. Personally I think that doesn't add up as most people will serve cappuccino in at least a 6oz cup which means it would have 2oz of espresso, quite strong. A 12oz cappuccino would then have 4oz of espresso.
Some people like a dry cappuccino which means it has lots of foam, maybe half the cup. Others prefer a wet cappuccino meaning it has less foam and more milk.
This means the foam needs to be very silky and smooth and should stay on top of the drink for a long time. As what shown in my photo, that's how does it looks after 20 minutes upon serving. Should be considered as "stay on top for long time?" They balanced the sugar level, there's no extra sugar is added but still tastes sweetness appropriately.

The Hard Rock signature Hot Fudge Brownie with Vanilla Ice-cream. As named, vanilla ice cream and hot fudge on a fresh brownie, topped with chopped walnuts, chocolate sprinkles, fresh whipped cream and a cherry.

Although located at Sentosa, would feel like stay away from bustling cosmopolitan city when sitting inside this cafe. That's a tranquil atmosphere with no much city hubbub.

Delighted to share to my readers about this, a cafe with good atmosphere, foods, desserts, beverages and even reasonable yet affordable prices. Fully inspired by this awesome place.
