Ryder is much more fussy in choosing his foods, he will splits out if the food is not as tasty as he like. Everything must be fresh and tasty enough. I usually cook for him in only Sunday, which is my non-working day plus my helper is on day-off. For lunch, usually just one dish with plain rice, to be well served for this little beloved one.
A very simple recipe with my all time favourite Lilo ikanbilis powder, not only for good taste, but to get good nutrition from it.
- 1 boiled tomato, chopped
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped scallion green
- 2 eggs
- Tomato sauce (portion as you like)
- Potato starch mixed water (just a little)
- Lilo premium ikan bilis powder (portion as you like, it won't be salty, only ikan bills taste)
- A little bit of sugar (if you do want the sauce can be a little sweet other than only sour)

1. Olive oil in the pan, mixed and fried the garlic, boiled tomato, tomato sauce, potato starch water, sugar and some plain water (to make it non-dry). Then set aside.
2. Some olive oil in pan again, fried the eggs. Egg texture is really up to individual favourite, you can make it harder, solid, or just like scramble egg type. For toddler (around 2 years old baby), scramble egg type will be ideal for easier swallow.
3. In the middle of stir frying the eggs, pour the (1.) into it and mixed together. At last, add in green scallion and Lilo ikan bills powder. It is done.
