PORK FLOSS RECIPE

Never had sufficient dishes for my kid, Ryder has became very fussy in chowing since 1.5 years old, should be as same as some mommies' little one. Ideas of food never stopped. If your kid like to chow porridge or rice, pork floss is one of the best ingredient too add into. Should anyone could not consume pork meat, you can replace it with chicken breast as well.
Ingredients in making pork floss is utmost simple, yet easy process.

- Some olive oil (best for baby/kid)
- Some lean pork (cut as shown in photo)
- Some ginger slides (recommended to get rid of pork fishy smell)
- Some green scallions (recommended to get rid of pork fishy smell)
- 1 teaspoon of salt (optional, can be without)
- 2 spoons of soy sauce (optional,  can be without)
- 4 spoons of sugar (optional, can be without)

1. Boiled the lean pork with water, ginger slices, green scallions and salt.

2. Shredded the cooked lean pork, pan fry with olive oil, at very low fire.

3. Add in soy sauce and sugar half way, mixed well and continue to fry.
 4. Just keep continue to fry until the water is fully dried up, it will become floss texture and colour turns orange brown.
5. Off fire, stay it in pan to make it drier and cool off. It is done.

Best to make rice ball for kid, I made it by mixed the rice with this handmade pork floss, Japanese mayonnaise, Korean sesame oil, Korean shredded seaweed, soy sauce. So just hope your little one like it.
