Braised Pork On Rice Recipe 分享台湾式卤肉饭煮法

Dear readers, don't get mind about it's food post again! I'm blogging about my self cooked Taiwan style braised pork rice, easy cooking steps and this's for 1 pax. Sharing to every single one of you, cook it to yourself, enjoy it. Get started.

So all ingredients you need is:

Main:
- Streaky meat (Steam it with boiled water under the flame for 90 seconds only, and then chop into small size pieces)

Other:

- 1 chopped shiitake mushroom
- 1 pcs of garlic (cut into 2 slices) *Do not chop it!
- 1 pcs of ginger
- 2 small pcs of anise
- 1 small pcs of chinese cinnamon
- 1 small pcs of angelica
- 5 small crystal sugars

Condiments:
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon of white salt
- 1/3 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- 1 spoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 small bowl of drinking water
- 1 teaspoon of cooking rice wine
- 2 teaspoons of tapioca starch (mix it with 1 tablespoon of drinking water)

*IMPORTANT: I like heavy taste food indeed, amount of condiments I shared might be more salty, you can re-adjust it for your own taste by yourself if needed.

*These are important condiments so that I enlarged the photo and show to you about what it is.
Repeat: 2 small pcs of anise (bottom right side) , 1 small pcs of chinese cinnamon (bottom left side), 1 small pcs of angelica (bottom middle side)
Absolutely cannot put more than this amount, otherwise your dish will be taste weird.

Firstly, heat the pan, melt the crystal sugars with cooking oil.

After crystal sugars been melted for almost 80% or even been fully melted, fry ginger and garlic together.

Add in prepared meats into it.

It's their turn. Put into it, stir and fry for 10 seconds.

Add in the chopped shiitake mushroom.

Stir and fry it for 10 seconds.

Add in soy sauce, fry it for 6 seconds.

Add in dark soy sauce, salt and pepper powder, fry it for 30 seconds.

Add drinking water into it, no any amount of water is specified, just reached to covered all the ingredients will do. Stir it well.

And add in the mixture of tapioca starch, stir it well for around 6 seconds.

Add in this cooking rice wine, stir it well.

Last step, put prepared boiled egg into it, turn to lowest flame, leave it for 15 minutes is a must do. It definitely will be taste different after 15 minutes. Don't judge its taste before you finished from waiting this 15 minutes.

Done it after these simple cooking steps. All amount provided by me was for 1 pax, it's enough for boy's 1 meal, and maybe for girl's 2 meals. HAHA

It just taken 30 minutes in total of my time for preparing and cooking. Nice food for your lunch in your beauty weekend. Enjoy it in your house. Happy Sunday.
Thanks for reading.

Say Thank You

Dear readers, good day to you. Here I am gonna blogging about the post titled "Say Thank You". Just as what been mentioned in title, few simple words but people get used to not say that.
For me, I used to say Thank You to everyone, whenever I see cleaner is cleaning the lavatory, waitress serves me in restaurant, buy ticket at any counter, drive through or walk through condominium guardhouse, people did me a favor etc.
I noticed that many of my friends/colleagues/family were not say Thank You to others. They took it as common matter. Another thing I noticed is, people will smile to me and their expression looks kind when I told them Thank You after they served me anything.
Actually the words of said Thank You are able to brighten someone's day long. We could make this world be wonderful and hopeful. Words look simple but difficult to be say out, I mean for most of the people.
Didn't say Thank You doesn't mean you are not a manner people, but wasn't a good habit and you have to learn it.
From you read this post onward, make yourself to say Thank You to anyone, without purpose and just telling it with your true heart, and you definitely will found something different.
Form this good habit in your life, be wonderful, amaze your common life as well. Sometimes, make change on something could changes entire aspect of life to be better, don't complicate anything.
Enjoy your life as well, thanks for reading.
