Lunar Eve @ My self cooked dishes for reunion dinner

Great Chinese New Year to my dear readers. As today is Lunar eve for have a reunion meal with your beloved family, here's my blessing to you. Have a good year ahead. Stay more healthy and happily.
Cooking was my hobby as well. Love cooking because of I'm a nice food seeker. And I like to cook for my beloved one. So today I just back my home land all the way from S'pore, doing preparation at noon and it's just for today's reunion dinner.

All food ingredients have been prepared by my brother, a good assistant in my kitchen indeed. Thank all the way.

Initially I would like to share about the cooking steps but failed to do. Because am rushing to cook and couldn't capture the steps one by one. Herewith telling you can ask me for the recipe of every dish in uploaded photos, not a problem for me to share with you.

So just allow me to share you guys photos of my self cooked dishes today.
Bless you have a happy meal.

1. This's actually just a simple dish as fried prawns with tomato sauce.

2. Fried abalone shell with dried chili and onion. Added some vegetarian oyster sauce as well.

3. Fried Chinese broccoli (gai lan) with spiral shell. This was my first tried. Siblings said good and tasty!

4. This's just an abalone salad, without fried. With some cucumber and edible jellyfish inside. And added Thai chili sauce on the top.

I have cooked shark-fin soup also as could see it in the first photo. But that's just a vegetarian shark-fin. My cooked shark-fin soup was my family's all time favorite.

Such an enjoyable night with family, and even was busying in the kitchen. Almost everyone had signed off duty, back to home land to see family, warmful moment in a year exactly.
There's 30 minutes left to reach first day of Chinese New Year. Stay cheerful and happy all the way, all the best.
